Add'l copy (4x5) with notes rec. from Hodge, 2/10/2003. Correct portrait info was obtained from GP#164, verified by archivist (AT), and corrected on all GP copies - July 2009. WHH had incorrect info as "USDA staff at time of its organization in 1901".
