Notes: Picnic party held for the Hodges who were guests of Mom Klong. Thai Princess Pantip Chumbhot of Nagara Svarga hosted the Hodges on their visit to Bangkok, Thailand while on a Longwood Garden's plant exploration trip to Boger, Java. Kasin Suvatabandhu (from local university) was the botanical guide for the Hodges in Thailand.

There is no provenance records for this portrait but it is known to have been in t;he collection for a while and at least since 1982. This photograph was considered a duplicate of GP #353 until 25 February 2004 when a disparity of dates and images were discovered. The correct date was established as 1887. since the image was not a copy of #353, a new number, #792, was assigned to this portrait. See also group folder #353 for additional history.
