Notes: W. H. Hodge was given a special banquet because of his assistance in the planning of the New Museum (of Natural History) at Seoul, Korea. The banquet which included Korean participants and wives was sponsored by the Head of the Department of Education in Korea at one of Seoul’s best restaurants. WHH was awarded on this visit an Honorary Membership in the Botanical Society of Korea.
